In what is being described as the animated version of Avengers: Endgame, Scooby Doo is joining forces with many of his fellow Hanna-Barbera universe characters as the voice of the villainous Dick Dastardly.

The Warner Bros. pic will see Wahlberg voice the role of superhero Blue Falcon, while Isaacs will play villain Dick Dastardly.
Mark Wahlberg and Jason Isaacs have joined Scoob, Warner Bros.'s upcoming Scooby-Doo movie, The Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Isaacs will voice star as the villain Dick Dastardly, while Wahlberg will play the superhero role of Blue Falcon. They join a voice cast that includes Frank Welker as Scooby, and Will Forte, Gina Rodriguez and Tracy Morgan for a ride in the Mystery Machine.

Scooby will be produced by Warner Bros. and its Warner Animation Group division, with Tony Cervone directing the feature that also counts Chris Columbus, Charles Roven and Allison Abbate as producers.

I have to own up tp being more than a touch excited about this, as I am distantly related to William Hanna (my uncles sisters husband is the nephew of Hanna - six degrees of separation or what!) If done right, this could be very cool indeed.
